  • Free two working day delivery provided that your order is placed before 12:00 Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 12:00 on a Friday will be delivered Monday.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 on a Friday and over the weekend will be despatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
  • Please note, not all of these products are available for next day delivery. Please refer to each products detail page for specific delivery lead-times.
  • Saturday delivery is also available upon request. Please contact our Sales team for details.

  • Sofa Beds, Footstool and the Contract Upright Bed are made to order. The current lead-time is displayed on each product detail page on our website. Please note that certain fabrics are available on a shorter lead-time, each product detail page / fabric drop down menu lists each lead-time specifically.
  • If your order contains a Made to order product as well as one of our Next Day delivered products, one of our sales team will contact you to organise a convenient delivery time for each product.

Delivery for Spare parts

  • Spare parts are posted via Royal Mail standard service and therefore we are not able to offer a specific delivery date online. If you require a specific delivery date you can contact our Customer Service Team directly and they will organise this for you.

Sometimes things can happen that delay your delivery which are outside our control. If we are aware of the delay, we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know. Be assured that the product will still be on its way unless we have contacted you to inform you otherwise.

Frequently asked questions

  • What do I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
    On the rare occasion that a parcel is damaged in transit, please sign as ‘damaged’ on the carrier’s note. If the goods inside are damaged rather than just the packaging, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible.
  • What happens if I miss my delivery?
    If for any reason you miss your delivery, the delivery company will leave their calling card with information on how to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience. A re-delivery will operate at no extra cost to yourself.
  • When are deliveries made?
    Unless you selected Saturday delivery all deliveries are made by our delivery partners Monday to Friday between 08:30-18:00, excluding Bank Holidays. All our deliveries are fully tracked, and you'll be kept informed by email every step of the way.
  • Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
    Our website currently only supports delivery to Mainland United Kingdom addresses. Please contact our Sales team if you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the Mainland United Kingdom.
