Every August we get together for our annual Summer Social, and this year did not disappoint. The yard was filled with carnival games such as duck hunter, buzz wire and hoop balls. The sun came out and the atmosphere was fantastic, with everyone getting stuck in and cheering each other on.
Social occasions like this are really important to us: Taking a break over food and ice cream gave everyone chance to sit together, chat and catch up outside of the usual work routine. A few hours of games, food and laughter is our small way to say thank you to the people who make Jay-Be what it is.
It is always a highlight of the year and a reminder that while we work hard, it is just as important to spend time together as a team. We are already looking forward to the next one.
