At our West Yorkshire factory, the Jay-Be team put their baking skills to the test for The Great Macmillan Bake Off. After entries were judged, everything was moved to the canteen so everyone could buy a slice (or two) during their lunch break.
The mix of cakes went down really well, and thanks to everyone’s efforts we managed to raise an incredible £271 for Macmillan Cancer Support, almost double what we raised last year. Macmillan provides vital support to people living with cancer, so every pound raised really does make a difference.
A big thank you to everyone who baked, tasted and donated. It was a brilliant team effort and a great way to support such an important cause.
